Course was well run and it was up to individuals whether they wished to contribute or not (and how much) which is refreshing. I was familiar with quite a lot of the content and use some of the approaches already, but this provided a good opportunity to confirm I am doing the right things as well as speak to different colleagues, hear different views and gave me a few new ideas to try/learn more about

Sal was great and gave us all opportunities to participate with the learning. Picked up a few new tools to access and was great to refresh some.

There was a lot to cover some some of the group activities did feel rushed and i am not sure if everyone's opinions were taken into account. However the actual service itself was excellent and I would definitely recommend to be used again.

great training. but I've just lost 1/2 day worth of work and as a result I'm now further behind with tasks and schedule which in turn is putting more pressure on me to work longer hrs. not happy at all.

Very good course would have been nice to have more time for specific question the candidates may have.

I found the introduction ok, but would have liked more content covered, ie on Sharepoint sites and libraries, various types of sites... their uses and differences etc. We concentrated alot of navigation which was pretty similar to the other MS office apps.. so i found it a bit of a waste of time. otherwise, i did learn some new things.

Was really well structured, good that we could download the spreadsheets and do it for ourselves after being shown. Space to ask questions if we weren't sure.

a good course, it was helped by having someone from HR there to answer the specifics. I would have liked the opportunity to look at some good and bad performance plans
