Really great training. Natalie was kind, a good listener and really took the time to shape the course around the group's needs and preferences. I've taken loads away from the day and would highly recommend to others.

Paul has been a superb facilitator. He engages everyone equally and is very supportive of concerns, problems and ideas.

Paul is really skilled at being inclusive of all yet maintaining boundaries. Clear yet kind. The pace is good for reflection and "thinking time" needed. There is no hierarchy which puts you at ease to speak with honesty and truth

Self awareness is probably the biggest take home from this course for me but it is the foundation of change; positive or negative and I will continue to work with my strengths and empower others in my team to do so as well.

Our trainer, Christine, was really paying attention to each and everyone of us, helping out with all the struggles and yet keeping everyone busy with tasks.
