Natalie was great and kept us engaged on a zoom call, which can sometimes be hard to do. The breakouts were really useful and I particularly found the role play useful.

Very good interactive scenarios and theories, which will guide best practice

It was good that the presenter encouraged us to answer our own questions

This was a good session with a high level of interactivity and run at good pace with reasonable intermittent breaks.

A very generic course, not tailored to the company nature and structure - could at least replace Slack with Teams. No conflicts, goals or aspirations discussed in the beginning. I could ask Chat GPT about best time management techniques and get a better result

Great course and I've learnt a lot. Really made me look at my own style

Fantastically lead session, very engaging, well led, delivered and great takeouts from this course.

Led really well and it was very engaging I found being put in different breakout rooms with different people every time slightly unhelpful , as you had to reintroduce every time . I think being with the same people each time in the breakout rooms would encourage fostering closer links though the course and the day , starting to build more of a rapport based on previous conversations, encourage more trust and honesty in sharing of experiences.

I really enjoyed the mix of interaction and facilitation-theory. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable and brought in plenty of evidence to back up her statements and theories. I particularly got a lot out of the group conversation cafe structure. I felt really safe and included in all the discussions. One thing I took away was how different people's inner chimps are. That explains so much! One person mentioned how they get extremely frustrated by people leaving things to the last minute and not being organised- while I would only feel mildly annoyed by this- I have different emotions/triggers I am trying to control and manage.
