Good content and exercises to try

Really insightful content provided and it definitely aligns with modules I have taken part in, in the past. Solidifies my communications skills further and I hope I get to try out these skills.

Great course and very interactive. Helped to be able to do our own mind map to see how this will work for us.

There was quite a lot of reflection on what we learnt in the afternoon which I think could have been shortened as we went over a lot of the same comments

Although I really enjoyed the course, I think I would struggle to use this in a work environment for my own role. However in personal life, this will be extremely helpful.
