It is difficult to judge whether the training is meeting my personal objectives, on its first day before completion of all four days.

The level and pace of the course was appropriate for my needs.

I thought our facilitator was great at involving the group and anticipate when comments were coming from individuals. It was refreshing to have a facilitator who was happy to be led by the group in the discussions, rather than relate to their personal experiences all the time.

Really good session, engaging and pitched at the right level. plenty of time to complete tasks without feeling pressured with time and breakdown of the day was good for me - bitesize learning.
