The sessions were great as they had the opportunities to discuss issues in an open and frank format

I really enjoyed the training, the trainee made my feed listed and supported with clear guidance. I understood that to be more confident I need to to just push my self and go with the experience and learn from it. At the end it's all about courage.

the Structure was paced in timely planned way. it was brilliant and we had plenty of time to ask questions.

Brilliant !

Christine was an excellent facilitator who was brilliant at getting the cohort involved, answering questions, and collaborating on answers. She was kind and patient, and took everyone seriously. Her teaching was informative and succinct, and she was open to looking at more complex functions and effective shortcuts when asked and where necessary. I’ve walked away from the course feeling very confident with the basics of Excel, and would love to take part in the intermediate course!

I have been much more productive this week and will use the tips going forward.
