well presented and encouraged engagement

The introduction to coaching was good - but while I understand the time constraints I found it heightened my anxiety not showing me a potential route for solutions. The course prep work felt distinct from the material on the day - did not naturally lead into coaching. The content is valuable - I regret not being able to attend a face to face course

Nice to talk to people in diffferent roles and other organisations

I believe Paul was an amazing instructor coached us through our objectives and made the session really valuable.

Paul was great. Personable and calm throughout

Loved it all but we couldn’t get through all presentations in the morning because numbers were higher than anticipated. However we got through all of them by the end of the day and it was great practice.

Suzi was a great facilitator, lots of opportunities for discussion with other participants as well as independent work.

The session was well-paced and there was a great mix of group discussion, listening and interactive sections. Our facilitator, Suzi, was brilliant. She was very clear, engaging, and kind, and made sure that everyone was comfortable and that everyone had a chance to speak. She made sure that the session was tailored to our individual needs.
