Perfect pitch reflecting how to get across lots of information and details of the programme. I felt I really wanted to get to grips with the basic knowledge so I can be more efficient at work.

Daphne was a great tutor, very knowledgeable and patient. It was great to be able to practice our learning as we went through the training. Personally I found it very insightful, I learnt lots of new, efficient ways of opening and saving documents which will save lots of time going forward.
