I just really enjoyed this course and its content, Serena is an excellent teacher, her calm and patient approach made me feel comfortable, the pace of the course was also fantastic as this allowed people with varying levels of knowledge of this program to learn from each other.

I found the training really useful and with it being interactive made much more sense doing rather than listening. and watching. There was only 2 of us on the course, which made it much more personable and easier to ask questions along the way.

This was a fantastic course. I have never had a training course that was so interactive. It was a really boost and I got to meet, learn about and talk to colleagues that I haven't met before.
