I think the facilitator Maureen is fantastic - knowledgeable, approachable, helpful, all the things you would want. My issue I guess is around the number of people on the course, it can get a little chaotic, and people are travelling at different speeds which has made me feel a little uneasy/overwhelmed.

the course was over 4 months which I feel was too big a gap between each session. Unfortunately due to work demands I have struggled to put as much in place as I could have. I will endeavour to make time to look at the resources again and try to use some of the things we have learnt

Pace was great and we covered so much but head is spinning a bit from all the breakouts and different tech!

Very good facilitator and nice structure and thought provoking at times. Useful topics and action points. Although overall I found the pace too slow and feel 4 days is too long. The temperature of the training room was often too high to keep alert.

Pace was a bit slow but was understandable as we all had different levels of ability.

Where attendees asked questions that were only relevant to their team/work, it would be good if they could be parked so that the session flow isn't interrupted and more content can be addressed. Trainer had abundance of patience and was clearly a lovely person.

Great course and content but a lot to jam in one day, especially with the technology. Would be great to do it face to face.
