I enjoyed the training session and Nicky was engaging throughout, without putting individuals on the spot.

Overall the course covered a lot of information, some of which I found helpful and stimulating. I would have preferred more practical/situational tasks. Ben was very courteous and engaged people well.

The pace could have been quicker, as I already knew quite a lot of what was being said. It was a useful refresher and I learnt a few new things, so definitely worth it but I would have liked to get through a few more things, such as nested formulas.

Very thought-provoking training that will be helpful in the future.

Really good, as we are small organisation some was slightly less relevant so could have been more tailored

The pace was quite fast for getting to grips with some of the ideas. Some of the methods did not fit within how our organisation operates so were less useful

I feel that as we went through the programme it was adapted to an extent to reflect the size of our organisation and its systems - perhaps a better understanding of that at the outset would have been beneficial - as in a short 121 with Director to tailor/ tweak the delivery. Overall though definitely a positive and helpful course
