Anything I have not given full ratings to is not due to any shortcomings on Happy's side, I think I expected more than the course offered due to my own fault of not looking things up properly. You have an awesome office & an equally awesome trainer in Sal!

I AM REALLY PLEASED I WENT ON THIS COURSE, IT AS REALLY GAVE ME A LOT OF IDEAS FOR MY ROLE

There was a mix up that I would cover creating documents such as forms. This was not the case but the trainer and the Admin staff apologised and are arranging for me to do a session free of charge to make up for this mistake

Daphne was an excellent instructor and tailored the lesson to our specific team needs

Had a brilliant time - trainer was very engaging and I learnt a lot. With the possible exception of the venue being a bit small when full on the first day, nothing I would really change!
