On the whole, very good course and trainer. I felt the time could perhaps have been spread slightly better; where the earlier parts of the day were more straightforward, we could have moved at greater pace to ensure we had more time for the creation of the dashboards right at the end, however I understand varying abilities within groups. I also lost sight of the fact that my pivot tables and charts etc. would be used to put the dashboard together at the end - had I have been mindful of this, I would have tried to keep them more meaningful.

I thought this course was brilliant for building my confidence with pivot tables. It has really deepened my understanding and appreciation of the variety of things you can do with pivots to support with data analysis and for creating reports for Heads of Departments at work. I felt the course was as described in the blurb and met my expectations. Ed the course trainer was really excellent with in-depth knowledge of the topic.

The Manual wasn't used v much during the course but i will certainly use when i return to work to remind myself of things!

Well structured in theory but too many breaks and a lot of unnecessary repetition

I have found the course very useful. I feel much more confident in using Excel now and I have learnt a few nice keyboard shortcuts that speed up my work through Excel.

Second time visiting Happy and was just as impressed as the first.

In the process of booking, while the admin team were very enthusiastic and happy to help, the persistence was perhaps a little intense and I received messages during times where I had indicated that I wished for happy to await response. Unfortunately I feel that during the time between attending the level 2 and 3 courses, my knowledge had naturally developed and I was aware of more of the course content than I had initially expected to, which has an impact on my sense of how useful this has been for me, but nonetheless well delivered. Trainer was very good, knowledgeable, personable and also effective.

it has been a great experience for me and I will do the next course at happy.
