Felt a little anxious when I arrived as I haven't done anything like this for some years now. I wasn't aware of Happy Ltd and the ethos prior to my first day but immediately felt at ease. The motivational quotes on the walls aligned to my values which made me immediately feel at home. I'm really excited to get cracking!
It was a good course and useful for my day to day project management tasks, I feel more confident with the theory and project management process.
i really enjoyed the course. selina was brilliant and explained things in a really clear and understandable manner. i took a lot from the course and looking forward to getting the documents and course info so i can continue to build on what i learnt during the course.
Selina was great-very supportive throughout the 2 days and responded to the group throughout
Really useful training with good resources and excellent facilitation skills from Selina
Really informative. Selina was a great facilitator, there was a perfect mix of group tasks and direct teaching. I really liked how Selina adapted the training to our needs and requirements and gave us a choice of topics on day 2. Probably the most engaging (two-day) remote training I've ever done.
Selina was an excellent trainer and the content was very interesting and relevant to my role. There were a lot of tools I will take away. We were asked to only mention 2 above, but I intend to use more of them than that. The only slight negative was that I prefer in person to online training, but I understand that this is not always possible.
A really fantastic course that provided so much info, but in a way that was interactive and structured to help retain it all - I got so much out of all of it and really enjoyed the facilitation and collaboration with other learners
Really interesting session, lots to think about and implement
I thought this course was excellent, and made relevant to our work. Many of the courses I have been on in the past have a much more corporate feel or all examples are irrelevant to the work that we actually do as a Trust/charity. The fact that the course was with other people that worked within the Trust made it much easier to discuss how we would link the course learning to our own work. There was plenty of opportunities for discussion.
