I was quite surprised and at how much I enjoyed the session. Rachal reminded us how important our own body language and being calm is in situations. Impressive content too

Rachael was fab, very positive, inclusive and empathetic. We covered a lot but the pace wasn't too quick. I enjoyed the breakout rooms even if I was nervous beforehand. Rachael made coaching feel less scary and something we all can do and everyone was really nice.
