This is my second course with Kay and she is absolutely fantastic. Engaging, relevant, smart and fun. She had us all laughing, thinking and doing and the day went by very quickly.

Great course, learned much than expected! create shortcuts to save time

Tutor was excellent, was responsive to our groups specific needs/scenarios rather than sticking rigidly to the script.

The content was clear and engaging, it's just a shame that there wasn't time to cover everything.

Havent had a chance to read the booklet yet but looking forward to it. Only criticism was that the room wasnt great and that is Parliaments problem!

the location was very easy to find as i have been here before. Paul was a great as a trainer, he worked in the pace for me to understand.

Excellent practice activities

I thought the trainer was brilliant. The pace was quite quick so you could maybe fall behind if you weren't confident.
