Overall I have a great experience. The venue is brilliant. However the food choice was limited and would be great to have back the buffet style lunch as you had before. Despite this I will recommended this venue and training to my colleague and friends. Many thanks for making me feel welcome and HAPPY :);)

I thoroughly recommend Happy. The training is paced well and the trainers have a thorough knowledge of their subject area.

As I'm not currently a manager, I chose this course to prepare me to become a manager in the future. As such, I wasn't really able to come up with examples for some sections, though tried to relate to my own experiences of being managed
