Thoroughly enjoyed - thought I would be bored but Chris was very enthusiastic, kept it entertaining and made sure any problems were solved straight away.

Interesting a well run course, but we are a very diverse team so difficult to have a general training course to suit all of our different job types.

I found the metaphor of communication quite confusing to express and don't know if it utilsed the skills we were learning to the best that they could be. I found some people kept getting too hung up on this which impacted on the group activities.

Tutor rushed course and was quite abrupt bordering on rude when people misunderstood or got a bit lost

The lead facilitator was good but the assistant was not up to the challenge of the middle (breakout) session.

Relevant and useful course, a good point from which to develop more efficient use of excel

Very good way of teaching to use mental thinking first before practising on the spreadsheet; Step by step, very clear instructions.

only need 20/30mins for lunch
