course was somewhat rushed, need more time

Very useful - and great location and venue.

I had done IT training years ago with Happy (Happy Computers as was) and I am pleased to say that the enthusiasm and patience of the trainer and staff remains.

Ed was extremely diligent and really made sure we kept up to speed with him and tried to answer all of our questions. We also really appreciated the effort he made to tailor the course to our needs. The course was a great help and has increased my confidence with using Powerpoint.
