This course helped me refine what I already knew, showed me several short cuts and helped me streamline a presentation.

In my personal opinion, the facilitator (Maureen) made the group feel comfortable and welcome, also engaging with the group at every opportunity. She has already started to get the group to gel, and multiagency support network is starting to form during the early stages of this course.
