Great session today! I would have appreciated a bit more of an opportunity to practice the different strategies and compare across when one is more valuable (i.e. coaching vs mentoring vs teaching)

A really great course and great leader - Paul is attentive and measured in his approach. He is inclusive and approachable and everyone felt at ease to share and be reflective. The mindfulness exercise proves how holistic a space the workshop could be!
