This was a very helpful course and I will feel much more confident now working in Excel. I'll also be able to set up spreadsheets that are clearer and help me track programme activity.

I felt the training was good but found some elements problematic. I think the absence of examining power dynamics, intersectionality etc did impact the usefulness of the course. It seemed that thencourse had a heavy female attendance with difficult men or difficult people in power. This course, whilst offering some good techniques, seems to focus more de-escalation which is good in some but not all contexts. Sometimes escalation is important, e.g. People with managers who are racist or sexist should be reported and should not be expected to out the onus on them to resolve the issue. I think intersectional approaches are important for this.

Didn’t realise there was a microwave. Veggie options a bit crunchy! Leanne was great just hope I can retain everything! Thank you Rebecca

Very useful intro to email management. Gives an idea how you can improve your inbox man - but there is more to learn and now have to practise but have learnt that there are tools to help..

Sal was extremely effective at setting the correct pace for all learners and for catching anyone up who fell behind. Very personable and helpful. Made the course enjoyable and already made me feel calmer about managing my inbox.

All objectives set out were definitely achieved and much more. The lunch was a bit of a let down. also observed that facilitators did not join the participants in the lunch provided which gave the impression that they are aware that the food is not fit for them. The choice of tea coffee and biscuits was very good
