Even if the different students in the class were of different levels, the teacher managed to keep everyone engaged and working on improving their learning. What could be nice is to have a test pre-class to determine which level you should start at.

This was a very helpful course and I will feel much more confident now working in Excel. I'll also be able to set up spreadsheets that are clearer and help me track programme activity.

I felt the training was good but found some elements problematic. I think the absence of examining power dynamics, intersectionality etc did impact the usefulness of the course. It seemed that thencourse had a heavy female attendance with difficult men or difficult people in power. This course, whilst offering some good techniques, seems to focus more de-escalation which is good in some but not all contexts. Sometimes escalation is important, e.g. People with managers who are racist or sexist should be reported and should not be expected to out the onus on them to resolve the issue. I think intersectional approaches are important for this.
