Excellent really enjoyed the course the trainer was brilliant and the happy offices were really a lovely environment to study in and very happy and positive environment which made the whole learning experience so enjoyable and friendly brilliant and excellent use of time I will definitely recommend this course to my work colleagues.

Kay was great, very supportive and positive and informative. Size of class was perfect, wouldn’t want bigger. Slightly too long for lunch break as only one breakout space available. Didn’t need booklet - Kay was great.

Excellent Course. Ed was excellent at explaining in a way that made good sense to me. Despite being warned that Ed has hearing issues, it did not slow us down at all and I found communication concerns to be a "non issue".
