PowerPoint is a lot more powerful then previously thought.

Fantastic facilitator, really thought provoking exercises. Not afraid to step outside of the manual to meet our training goals. Genuinely felt I learned a lot that's fundamentally changed my approach to management. :)

A useful and enjoyable course.

I had recently done the level 2 so I think some of the material was a bit repetitive for me. Also the level of the class was quite varied so at times I found it slow but I was able to get on with my day job tasks while waiting and the facilitator was very accommodating with me in this respects.

This was my 4th training course at Happy and I really enjoyed the whole day. Everyone at the group interacted and this put everyone at ease. The facilitator (Jo) was excellent and made the training day fun - I learnt loads.
