The course was as well managed as it could be using zoom, but would have been better face to face. This is because there are no distractions if you are away from your normal working environment. Ben was engaging and ensured everyone was equally involved.

The information was very good. I learned some very helpful tools that will benefit me in working with excel and enhance my productivity and speed. The course could've gone a bit quicker, but I appreciate that others in the group might needed a bit more guidance than me.
