Trainer Kevin was very enthusiastic, lots of energy and passion which make the day more interesting. No question was silly, pace was good, very relevant to my role. Yet to receive manual but practice spreadsheets worked well for the session.

We haven't got a manual as of yet, have been told it should be on my learning source soon. Facilitator was brilliant and inclusive and I feel like I have learned a lot, will book onto the intermediate course when it is available.

Very good session, good intervals for breaks to relax. Session was done at a good pace.

Kevin explained everything very clearly and was patient and friendly.

Paul is a fantastic trainer, doesn't just give you the answers but helps to coax them out of you meaning you are more secure in your convictions of anything you take away from it.
