A very well run course by a very competent facilitator, who took her time to ensure that the key points from the exercise were fully understood, before moving on. The food and the staff were tremendous!!!

Ed was a great facilitator who is clearly passionate about his job and knowledgeable about his subject. I sometimes get bored on training but I didn't on this which was arguably quite a dry subject. He responded to what we asked to learn about and I feel lots more confident in using excel. The environment was great and I would definitely look to return again to complete another course. I'm leaving very happy :)

The only thing I think could be improved was the admin team contact. We didn't get sent out the registration details e.g. location of course, when to turn up etc. This was provided by our in house admin support from previous course attendance after she had to chase and there was still no registration information.
