Slow to get going but improved. Needed a better intro to explain the course purpose. Not enough decent substance and content. Breakout groups should have been mixed up so we could speak to different team members. Felt the course was stretched out and could have been completed well within one hour.

I found the session very useful, as I didn't know how to work with visual elements or referencing in Word.

It definately would have been easier if there was a seperate course for MAC and PC users, but the facilitator worked around this so well. It could be confusing sometimes though.

It was an excellent course, and the facilitator was brilliant. She had a difficult task of balancing PC and Mac users. Next time it would be better to separate PC and Mac users.

Brilliant and looking forward to next sessions

The trainer kept it interesting and encouraged participation. The pace was good for me and I understood everything and learnt a lot.

It was a very interesting session with everybody feeling free to speak up which is not the normal at our Trust. The context of the Happy Hospital was thought provoking. The Facilitator was well knowledge.

Very instructive and answered my questions. Can be a dry topic and Kevin kept it interesting. Looking forward to the next session.

really good course. will need some practice on the areas I had no knowledge of but enjoyed the pace and the engagement with the trainer.
