The course was very good. No materials were provided for this course.

Good introduction to InDesign. I wanted to understand the logic of the software, so that I could then use it myself.

Really enjoyed it and got just what I needed. Very flexible approach and relaxed atmosphere.

THe training over Zoom was extremely efficient and the breakout rooms great, also like that the conversations do not go on and on. That said, people can talk over each other and drop out of conversations, maybe missing a vital 30 seconds of a conversation, this is less likely when classroom based. We talked the basics of trust, but not really enough of how to overcome the hurdles when remote working. We heard about what we need to do, but nothing on expectations of our staff, I would have been interested to hear how others were coping with productivity challenges and motivation

This was a good course although sadly a lot of it I already had in place. I'm generally not a fan of breakout sessions.

Very much enjoyed the 4 days, in particular how they take me out of my comfort zone.

Doing the final day of this Happy course virtually actually worked out much better than I expected. However I did miss the connection with the rest of the group, especially as it was not a full day's interaction (understandably) - I felt like people were less keen to contribute/volunteer than when we were all in a room, and that did make some parts slow down a bit. In the format that Happy could deliver this though, I am pleased with how it went. One thing I particularly miss is the little handbook I could jot down my notes in!

Fantastic training - lovely friendly style and approach. Easy to ask the draft questions and very knowledgeable - gained so much from the course. Highly recommend it to others. Thank you for being so fabulous. Good luck and keep safe. You have saved me hours of work!!!!
