Very competent, approachable facilitator. Worked at a good pace and varied the type of tasks/interactions. It will make me think more carefully about how I approach my job on a day to day basis, so that I get more out of my career and also improve my relationships with my direct reports and my own manager.

The course was as well managed as it could be using zoom, but would have been better face to face. This is because there are no distractions if you are away from your normal working environment. Ben was engaging and ensured everyone was equally involved.
