i knew the basics but she introduced me to other elements that will be beneficial in my role in a clear and helpful way.

Christine did an excellent job with an almost impossible task. As a team, we have found GoTo Training very frustrating and Christine was very patient, responding to our questions as best she could, given that there don't seem to be any answers to most of our challenges. As an introduction to GoTo Training, the course seemed absolutely fine, however it didn't meet my personal objectives as frankly GoTo Training lacks the functionality I need from it. Definitely not Christine or Happy Computer's fault!

Found today really useful. I have covered communication types before but it was a few years ago so really good to recap! I also really like the psychological safety idea and will research further

Nicky is an excellent facilitator. She is always welcoming, approachable, calm and inclusive and knows how to make us laugh. I've learnt so much both technically/skills-wise and terminology-wise but also about myself, and these sessions have helped to shape the kind of leader I want to be. We were fortunate to start the course just before lockdown at the Happy HQ venue so we were able to meet everyone on our course in person. The next three sessions all took place on Zoom. Although not ideal to be siting in front of a screen, the use of tech and breakout rooms and interactive whiteboards and jamboards etc meant we didn't miss out and the sessions were as packed with content and learning and energy as I'd image it would be in person. Nicky paced the sessions so well and allowed for breaks away from the screen etc. Cannot recommend her and this course enough. I'd love to send lots of our future leaders and managers on this, they'd really benefit from this learning,

Great day and time spent. Did not know how learning over Zoom would go but I really liked it Good pace and kept my attention all day Some great learnings to take away Great presenter, loved Nicky's style
