Loved the focus on more personal things we can do - it was again dipping in and out of things rather than going into them in more depth but there is now so much more we can go on and explore, like the mindfulness, if we would like to.

The session offered some useful insights and reminders of the small steps we can all take to take the pressure off and look after our own, and our colleagues', wellbeing. There are several practical steps I can and will put into everyday practice.

Really enjoyed the course, it was really easy to follow and a nice balance of interactive and listening. Trainer was really lovely and put me at ease throughout.
