I found the day comprehensive, and went into a lot of detail. It helped break it down and gave a very good theory behind project management. The faciltator was nice and clear. I learnt so much information!

1) Nice to feel she was human not so professional that she left us behind. 2) Unfortunately the pages were strange to me but did my best but couldn't partake of all involvements 3) A little too fast for me not being familiar with it. 4) I think I have taken away enough to hold my own in the job I do - time will tell.
