Both the content and the facilitator were excellent. Personally it met my needs and introduced me to a number of tools and techniques to make sure the people attending a course are engaged and involved. The pace was perfect covering everything needed in the allotted time. My only criticism would be that I think some of the people who are not at all confident with zoom or technology already struggled more to understand bits.

Very thought provoking and insightful to get everyones perspective. People seem much more open in this forum than in our own internal forums, but I suspect that is because there is direct structure and purpose to the questions being raised - rather than them thinking its a non-actionable discussion!!!
