I loved the structure of this course; the mixture of group discussions and interaction was brilliant & think we as a team picked ourselves up in the afternoon to be more open and honest with each other. I enjoyed the way Nicky shared the content slides, but then more used interactive tools & breakout rooms for us to connect. I also enjoyed the stretch exercises - great idea!

Obviously with things such as this it's tempting to look for a quick fix, i.e. I can identify that a line of thought isn't overly constructive but enabling myself to stop thinking about it is another thing entirely! Sadly no one can give you that completely, it's a learning process and this course gave some really good tools of how to make a start on this.

This is a very nice course. But this course can't not be completed in a day. may be couple of sessions across few months.
