Really great session. Good balance of content, discussion and reflection. Cathy was great at 'reading the room' even in a virtual form to identify if somebody had a point or comment to raise.

Great course, very well facilitated by Nicky - and I really enjoyed going over the material for a second time as it helped cement the thinking. Good to have some new people to talk to, though, that was a bonus.

I thought the session was absolute amazing and greatly exceeded my expectation. Paul Gapper was a great host and made the session extremely interactive despite a large audience. There were some small IT issues which were handler very well by Paul and did not affect the session what-so-ever.
