The trainer was just excellent, patient and very pleasant. The trainer took my accessibility requirements to stride and went beyond by offering me a 121 session with my BSL interpreter via Teams. The pace and the structure of the sessions worked well in two days even though it was intense! I would highly recommend the trainer for future sessions.

I enjoyed the course and did learn new things but having just been through a performance management issue with a probationer, I was expecting this course to be more about the whole process from start to finish including what needs to be recorded, how and where to record notes of conversations. A more formal approach is what I was expecting. This course does seem to be very similar in content to some I've been on recently about Coach and Focus and giving and receiving feedback. this course seemed to be about a more informal approach when poor performance first comes to light.

Good Course to be on , maybe of like some more 1-1 time :)

What an amazing session learnt alot and will apply it into me day to day life. Nicky is a ture asset and a great trainer kept me engaged for the whole session.

Sal is brilliant and her teaching technique is excellent. I have enjoyed all of her sessions.
