Really enjoyed the course, Ed was great with us all, he explained everything in depth and if anyone was unsure he would go back through it. It was a "Game Change" Thank you Ed

Ed was fantastic! He was personable and friendly - he took the time to answer questions and also used examples from the attendees' work to help with context of when to use certain formulas etc. I will be signing up for future sessions.

Really good session to explore different ways of improving leadership skills when leading a team remotely. Makes me feel more confident to support staff who are currently struggling with remote working.

Nicky was an excellent facilitator. I know how hard it is to deliver sessions on zoom but it was the right balance of learning materials and breaking out to practice live examples. The two hour self-study section in the middle worked well to combat zoom fatigue. My only comment was some of the content in the second half the course felt a bit repetitive but that could be more to do with the nature of the topic and the fact its much more about self-exploration.

It was a very successful day in my opinion, well paced, and well structured. Nicky Stone was an excellent and well informed facilitator, who made everyone feel welcome and involved.

I think the course was well paced, plenty of breaks and really like that we had two hours away from Zoom for self study. I like variation of break outs, group discussion, writing in the chat/jamboard to keep things engaging and I felt all the instructions were clear throughout. Nikki was also an engaging and friendly facilitator. I felt like the training could have been an hour shorter or instead with more personal stories and facilitators sharing of 'best practice' as it started to feel a bit repetitive during the end and some of the questions like the 'what else' could have been explained that it might not fit with every scenario/some guidance on the types of scenarios work best with those questions as I felt people struggled with that exercise.
