Really amazing course, and Ebe was great. She was patient and went at a pace where everyone could keep up. Lots of scope to ask questions and put what was learnt into practice. I would definitely recommend this course for people like me, who know the basic functions of Excel but would like a slightly more developed understanding of how it works in order to improve my user experience.

I've been looking forward to this segment because delivering feedback is something I struggle with. I love how today broke down how create a safe space and deliver feedback into a basic, overall structure that was easy for me to understand and implement.

The Range Names session was smaller than others of the same length (in terms of content), but as always Pat went through everything carefully and with extra time, went into extra uses and concepts. Always very helpful, and much appreciated!

It was a great course, excellent facilitator. I personally find MS Teams so clunky and the trainer was patient about what it could and could not do I might actually book on another TEAms course to practice more

The introduction to pivot tables was great -- well-paced and easy to understand. I was particularly grateful for how clear it was made to be, setting up the basics and encouraging testing the fields as a way to learn.
