I wasn't fully sure what my personal objectives were from the course, hence the 4 rather than 5 starts - but I found the course very useful and enlightening.

It was an enjoyable course,

all-day zoom is tough to stay engaged with sometimes. I'd prefer half a day - reflection overnight and then another half day

Really good structure, interesting, interactive, engaging

Great session - thought-provoking and logical in terms of impact of becoming more of a multiplier (or less of a diminisher).

The trainer was friendly, knowledgeable and very clear
