I am not a quicker learner but they way the course is structured allows time to understand what is being taught

really useful session, helped clarify some things I already knew about teams but gave useful options and work rounds until teams update/bring online.

Really enjoyed this sessions, it was great to meet other managers and know we are all experiencing similar issues and I'm not alone. The facilitator was really great and kept the group engaged throughout.

I thought it was a great demonstration of the use of the structures and how they could be used. As someone who is then going on to use them, I would have liked a bit of time to discuss possible pitfalls around the structure being used and how to avoid/overcome them from both the trainer (who has obviously used them) and others on the course

it has been really useful to use some of the techniques in real life rather than just reading how they work - practical experience enhances overall learning and they are potentially productive in terms of team/personal outcomes

Bit too fast for me, but then I know I'm pretty slow. Otherwise very upbeat and friendly, and so good to try out the models, thank you

A really quick but varied, thought provoking and useful course. You are pushed out of your comfort zone with role play, but get such a sense of achievement afterwards. I was very nervous about doing role play to address my weak spots, but found it most useful to practice before taking into real life - and with people who are going through the same thing. Cathy was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and inclusive.

A great course, which was really engaging and helpful. I loved the fact there were a lot of practical tasks, Adele facilitated really well. One of the best courses I have been on.

Good course but it was a lot of information / learning I've already covered before. I do think we could have covered off the course in half a day, rather than a day.
