An excellent use of two hours Engaging, interesting, fun, informative, confidence building Makes you realise that you are not alone and others are struggling in similar ways. Good to chat to people too - which is more difficult during pandemic conditions

The course was a useful mix of general as well as specifically online chairing tips, reflecting the new ways in which we are working. A really good course and facilitator, who enabled us to learn from each other as well as from him (as a good chair!) - so thank you!

I thought Sal was really helpful and personalized the training and aided us when we were confused.

Good the way the instructor teaches at different pace and adapts to audience's level

I never liked excel , but I believe i can now use with confidence.

Course was very useful and I've learned some useful tips. I will be able to use spreadsheets more productively going forward.

Sal was great, went a at good pace and checked in with us to see where we were at and went back and explained something if we didn't get it.
