This course was really relevant to our company’s needs in terms of moving forward with becoming for assertive both internally and externally. It was a good pace and great exercises which have helped me remember the skills.

Very informative and efficient presentation despite the lack of manual. Everything was clear and we have enough time to go through the exercises.

I found the course and the exercises very relevant to the type of work I carry out as a Programme Manager and had my expectations met. I found extra support from Micheal when I was experiencing difficulties in working in my pair and found reassurance understanding and guidance in how to make the most of the training. Enough time was allocated for questions and clarifying doubts and discussion. Illustrating cases of failed project management was very useful at the end of the course to give perspective on the scale of wasted time and resources.
