I only rated the pace lower because there was a full day content in 3 hours....that is nothing against Carrie or Happy but what our company requested. Carrie did a VERY good job getting through the topics/intent!

Loving the interaction and how easy it was to learn old and new features that I thought I already knew.

I really enjoyed the whole course. The way it was presented and the answering of questions. We were all included and the trainer used first names too which was nice. My headset died about 10 minutes towards the end and it didn't phase him, I was still included, the trainer messaged when I couldn't hear, it didn't phase him at all. Overall very impressed and looking forward to the next session.

The training was useful and clear and the trainer made it really pleasant and engaging. Made me want to know more about it.

Kevin was an excellent trainer, and so easy to listen to. The training session was fun and helpful, and went at a really comfortable and easy pace. The manual and extra training materials were well thought out and a great addition.
