Facilitator was quite knowledgably, carried everyone along, and the 1-2-4-all exercise was very interesting to participate in.

Great sessions and I learnt some things I didn't know which is exactly what I was hoping for.

An added tool to ease the process of my daily taks at work.

Paul lead the session at a great pace and added breaks where needed. Despite the course taking a good few hours, it managed to keep engaging throughout. The group working was well done and the tasks were clearly explained when being put into breakout room activities.

perhaps this will be covered more on the course, but more theory about leadership, maybe even direct instruction on how to do things well would be appreciated - my own reflections on things may only get me so far!
