Brilliantly paced, great support from Adele

Very relaxed and friendly, I was not afraid to ask questions not matter how stupid I thought they were. All explained really well and in a way all could understand.

The introduction to coaching was good - but while I understand the time constraints I found it heightened my anxiety not showing me a potential route for solutions. The course prep work felt distinct from the material on the day - did not naturally lead into coaching. The content is valuable - I regret not being able to attend a face to face course

Loved it all but we couldn’t get through all presentations in the morning because numbers were higher than anticipated. However we got through all of them by the end of the day and it was great practice.

Everything went perfect, lunch was great and the day was well structured
