There was a lot of different functions that I didn't know where possible in Outlook, some I found really interesting and will definitely try in my day to day work day

Paul is a great facilitator - makes sure everyone is included. He is curious to seek, understand and listen.

I really enjoyed the Happy leadership course. The booklets are SOO useful for referring back. The pace, content and length of the course was perfect and I really enjoyed it being in person. I would have loved maybe one more day to do a deep dive on coaching techniques and practice this more.

Well delivered - good balance of knowledge sharing and engagement from us to keep focus.
