I like the way that the facilitators are listening to feedback and responding to it. The sessions are getting better and better as course attendees know one another as well

The section on onedrive, although interesting, was a bit too long. Partially a result of the mixed ability of the group but also because it felt a bit dragged out. The second section, on word, excel, etc. could have taken five minutes and very felt much like it was trying to fill time with something that was very easy to grasp. Facilitator was good, it just feels like I could have watched a 10 minute video about Onedrive on youtube and understood everything I needed too.

The interactive aspect of the course made it a good experience.

It's not my first coaching course but it's now my favourite. It arms with strong fundamentals, gives opportunities for practice and for me it has helped take the skills that little bit further. I must add that facilitation was absolutely impeccable.

Excellent course, well delivered

Had a great training session led by Ed, learnt lots of new things and am excited to go away and use them to improve my data management. Who would have thought Excel training could be so enjoyable?!

Very useful and well structured course, provided me with a good refresher on the functionality of Excel which is exactly what I needed. Ed is a great trainer.
