The course showed us that we already have a lot of good things in place at Wordnerds. I can imagine an organisation (perhaps a larger, more established one) seeing a lot more things for the very first time and perhaps seeing a world of management that is completely unfamiliar to them. I think for us, we already knew all of the key concepts of a good manager and so it was the tools we were shown to go and be a good manager, and the space to practice using them that we found the most useful.

Meeting AC was a highlight of the year. Really enjoying the strategy session

I feel I now have the knowledge to develop the company strategy. Through the work with happy I feel a better leader and my organisation is getting better and better

Gill was a superb trainer, very easy to relate to and understand and more than happy to go back over things if we didn't quite understand. All carried out with a smile on her face and a 'happy' disposition. Excellent!

Really enjoying the course, and the community feel that has been created with everyone there - feel really comfortable sharing

I found the pace quite fast today - and agree with Mike’s comment about lunch break. I really need to find a way to reflect on what we learn during the day before I get back to day-to-day and my lunch break is the best way for me to do this.

Met my objectives today and a touch more!

I really enjoyed today. Flagged towards the end. Would prefer a work-free lunch break. Happy to add 30 mins to the day and come back to work on something before the start of the afternoon session.
